Know where your game really stands.

Cozac reads your Unreal Engine 5 project itself, not just the tickets, and tells you what is built, what will slip, and what to do about it.

Live in alpha for Unreal Engine 5

Stop chasing the truth through outdated tickets.

Jira says it's done. Slack asks if it's playable yet. The vendor's sheet has another date. None of your tools agree on where the game stands.

Cozac gathers all of it in one place.

It connects to the tools your studio already uses, from Jira, Confluence and Slack to Blender, Perforce and your time tracker, and checks every ticket, message and change against the others.

Your project is the source of truth.

A plugin reads your Unreal Engine 5 project and Cozac sets it against the plan and the team: work that has not started, people still busy elsewhere, builds that will not be ready when promised.

Jira says 66% done. The game is 55% done.

Cozac counts only the work it finds built in the project. Whatever the tickets claim beyond that shows up as a gap, part by part.

It finds the work nobody planned.

Cozac compares your backlog with what a project like yours needs before it ships, and drafts the tickets that are missing, from the console certification pre-check to crash reporting.

It tells you when the game will really ship.

Cozac forecasts each milestone from the pace the work really moves at, not from the plan, so you see a slip weeks before the contract date, while there is still time to act.

Choose the way back on track.

Every risk comes with its options and what each one changes for the team and the budget, so you can weigh them and bring the milestone back with confidence.

Run the whole production from one place.

Cozac keeps the real state, the forecast and the open decisions up to date, so you start the week knowing where things stand and spend it with your team, not chasing updates.

See Cozac in action.

Cozac reads your whole Unreal Engine project, every file and every change, brings in what the tools your studio already uses, and gives you one clear summary, with everything in one place.

Every role sees a different game.

Cozac reads the one project they all share and gives each role the view it needs.

Production

The team says it's on track. Cozac verifies.

Delayed milestones are expensive. Cozac audits the project straight from the engine, not the team's self-reported status - whenever you want. You see the real risks weeks before they become your problem.

Discover realistic deadlines.
Understand why a feature you've been told is ready for three months is actually only 21% complete. Get deep project understanding in language that you speak.
Fix what blocks the milestone first.
Every finding carries its impact on the build, so the one bug that can freeze the game gets fixed before the hundred that only slow the team down.
Know before the publisher asks.
Run an audit before a milestone review, a publisher demo or a hand-off. You get the real state when you need it, not at the next status meeting.
Custom rules for your standards.
Add the checks your studio cares about, from naming to per-level budgets and platform limits, and every audit applies them.

Bugs, blockers, and slips don't leave on their own. Cozac connects straight to your engine and surfaces what's actually wrong. Ranked, with a clear path to the fix. No config required.

Discover every issue.
Code, Blueprints, levels, assets and project structure in one pass. Every finding names the exact file or asset, what it risks and how to fix it.
See who changed what, across the whole team.
One report covers everything the team has built, area by area, so leads see where the risk sits and which fixes to hand out first.
Scans in the background. Stays out of your way and off your hardware.
The plugin gathers what the audit needs while the team keeps working. The heavy analysis runs on our side, not on your workstations.
Your project, your rules.
Findings are ranked against what your project has to hit: its levels, its target platforms, its standards. Not a generic checklist.

Due diligence takes weeks and still misses the technical truth. Cozac hands you a health report you can read without an engineering degree - what the project means for timeline, budget, and launch. The first run tells you whether "90% done" is really 90% done.

Complete transparency.
The same findings the engineers see, translated into what they mean for the timeline, the budget and the launch.
Every risk, ranked and explained.
Blockers, stability risks, technical debt and scope, each with why it matters and what closing it takes.
Every claim, checked in the engine.
Nothing is sampled or self-reported. The audit reads the whole project, so no risk hides in the parts nobody showed you.
Every project in the portfolio, whenever you need it.
Audit every project in your portfolio on your own schedule: before you sign, at each milestone, before launch.

From the first audit to the whole production.

Cozac starts with a 10-minute audit of your Unreal Engine 5 project and becomes the place your production runs from.

FAQ

How does Cozac audit a project?

Cozac connects to your Unreal Engine 5 project through a plugin and reads it the way the engine does: code, Blueprints, levels, assets and structure. About 10 minutes later you get one report in plain language, every finding tied to the exact file or asset, ranked by impact, with the fix and the effort it takes.

Is it safe to share my game project data? What exactly leaves my machine?

A project snapshot the plugin builds locally, and nothing else. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold, and handled under the same ISO/IEC 27001:2022, SOC 2 Type 2 and GDPR controls as Ludus AI.

What is processed, and where (opens in a new tab)
Do I need technical knowledge to understand a game project audit?

No. Every finding leads with what it means: what is wrong, what it puts at risk for the timeline, the budget or the launch, and what fixing it takes. The files, assets and code detail sit one level down, for the people who fix them.

Can I audit a game project I'm funding but not developing?

Yes, with the developer on board. The audit runs on their project, so the studio connects it and shares the report with you. You get the technical truth for due diligence and milestone reviews, in words you can act on.

Which game engines does Cozac support?

Unreal Engine 5, live in alpha today. Unity and Godot support is coming soon. Working on a custom engine? Tell us about it when you request access.

Is Cozac a one-time audit or continuous monitoring?

Both. Run an audit whenever you need the real state: before a milestone, a publisher review or a funding round. Continuous monitoring comes with the Production Observability Dashboard, next on our roadmap.

Does Cozac replace Jira, Perforce, or other game development tools?

No. Your tracker and your source control stay as they are. Cozac reads the project itself, so you can check what those tools report against what is actually in the engine.

How much does a game project audit cost?

It depends on the size of the project and how often you audit it. During the alpha we onboard each studio directly and agree terms together. Request access and we will come back with a proposal.

Does Cozac work with Ludus AI?

Yes, and neither needs the other. Cozac finds and ranks what is wrong; Ludus AI, the assistant inside Unreal Engine, helps your team fix it; the next Cozac audit shows it is fixed.
